為配合美國運輸保安總署(TSA)之要求, 針對訂定出入境美國境內之航班，需於出發72小時前於訂位紀錄中輸入以下旅客資料:

1.旅客姓名(須與政府核發之身分證明文件相同)
2.西元出生年月日
3.性別
4.申訴號碼 (如有的話)。
若旅客認為自己被誤認為是觀察名單中的人員，請旅客逕行上美國國土安全
局(DHS)網站 www.dhs.gov/trip 提出申訴，取得申訴號碼 (Redress Number)
並在日後訂位時提供此申訴號碼。

如訂位旅客以上資料不齊全時，可能導致旅客被拒絕入出境美國。

DOCS data collection for APIS from / to USA  

 

To comply with USA government’s request, all passengers inbound to USA or outbound from USA are required to provide passenger’s
information to airline by 72 hours prior to departure for reporting. The following information is mandatory:

  • Full name (as it appears on passenger’s government-issued ID)
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender of passenger
  • Redress Number (if available)

Passengers who believe they have been improperly or unfairly deplayed or prohibited from boarding an aircraft can apply for redress through “ www.dhs.gov/trip”.

Please notice that if the above informations are incomplete, may result in passengers being refused to be inbound to USA or outbound from USA.
